11 NEW BUILDS
Village created 11 new build hotels, approximately 120 rooms each with full gym and leisure facilities, meeting rooms, restaurants, pubs, Starbucks Cafés and reception areas.
Jaboc managed the procurement of all FF&E, including kitchen equipment, gym equipment, etc. We arranged all deliveries and installations, working with the main contractor on programme and co-ordination of direct supply fit-outs, including carpets, kitchens, Starbucks, etc. during the build, as well as ensuring all items were installed in a timely manner after practical completion.
We were also involved in refurbishment works on the existing Village estate - bars, restaurants, leisure areas, bedrooms, reception areas and spas. Full project management services on projects up to the value of £1M covering all aspects of work from budget costings, liaising with design team, final costings, appointment of contractors and sub-contractors, procurement of FF&E, on site co-ordination, final installation and final hand-over.
